This role is with a customer-focused organization in the health and fitness software services space. The hiring partner is seeking an experienced customer service professional who can support members, handle account-related requests, and contribute to a helpful, team-oriented service experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle incoming emails and member messages through chat and text channels
  • Provide fast, accurate responses while following company policies and service guidelines
  • Walk members through membership changes such as upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations
  • Record customer conversations and case details in the internal software system
  • Contribute to a positive, cooperative team environment

What’s Needed

  • Availability for a fixed Monday-to-Friday schedule of at least 40 hours each week
  • A professional, positive approach to customer interactions
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort working as part of a team and openness to learning new processes
  • Basic computer skills, including typing proficiency
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center customer service role is preferred

Preferred Background

  • Experience working in the health and fitness industry
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms and support tools
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage challenging customer situations
  • Experience using gym membership management systems
