Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay can reach up to $19.00 per hour for Spanish bilingual candidates, with additional performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound and outbound calls while delivering high-quality customer support.
- Support customer accounts and provide technical assistance when needed.
- Complete application-related data entry and handle online chat questions.
- Work within established policies and procedures while using sound judgment to solve problems creatively.
- Follow regulated communication standards across phone, chat, and other support channels.
Required Qualifications
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You should have moderate to advanced computer skills and feel comfortable learning new tools and systems.
- Strong speaking and writing skills are required.
- You need a private, secure, and dedicated workspace at home.
- You must be able to attend the full three-week paid training period.
Preferred Background
- Prior experience in customer support or technical support is desirable.
- Experience with group or individual health insurance, or familiarity with the Affordable Care Act, is helpful.
- Previous call center experience is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms and processes is preferred.
- Spanish bilingual ability is a plus.
