Key Duties

  • Handle first notice of loss claim submissions promptly and with accuracy.
  • Work through complicated claims questions and issues, bringing in others when needed.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external customers to share information and resolve concerns.
  • Offer ideas and feedback that can improve the quality of customer service.
  • Adhere to risk-management and compliance procedures while completing daily work.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A high school diploma or an equivalent credential is required.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience is needed.
  • Prior experience with data entry is required.
  • You must have a dedicated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions.
  • A stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download is required.

Preferred Background

  • At least 6 months of call center experience is preferred.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills, ideally 32 WPM or higher, are an advantage.
  • Comfort using Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.
  • Ability to move efficiently between multiple screens and browsers is helpful.
  • Strong reading comprehension and close attention to detail are valued.
