Position Overview

This is an excellent full-time, permanent opportunity for scaffolders seeking job stability and career growth within a professional team. The role involves erecting and dismantling scaffolding in accordance with Australian Standards and customer requirements, while ensuring workplace safety for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out timely erection and dismantling of scaffolding compliant with Australian Standards.
• Support preparation and planning activities related to scaffolding jobs.
• Complete Scaffold Inspection Checklists consistently for each project.
• Maintain accurate job documentation throughout operations.
• Uphold integrity, honesty, and ethical behavior at all times.
• Engage proactively to promote a safer working environment.

Role-Specific Competencies and Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
• Demonstrated competence in scaffolding erection and dismantling.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical assessments and ongoing drug and alcohol tests.

Licensing and Certifications

• Construction Industry White Card (mandatory).
• MSIC Licence or eligibility to acquire it (mandatory).
• Worksafe WA High Risk Licence for Advanced, Intermediate, or Basic Scaffolding (mandatory).
• Current Working at Heights certification (mandatory).
• Valid National Police Clearance (mandatory).
• Preferred: Worksafe WA High Risk Forklift Licence.
• Preferred: Truck Driver's Licence.
• Preferred: Current Confined Space qualification.
