Scaffold Labourer

Position Overview

Oak Scaffolding Ltd is seeking several Scaffold Labourers to become part of our workforce based in Brighton and surrounding areas. The primary objective of this role is to contribute towards maintaining organization on site, facilitating efficient operations, and assisting the scaffolding team with setup and dismantling tasks.

Team Collaboration

You will collaborate closely with site managers, supervisors, scaffold specialists, other laborers, and safety officers to ensure smooth and safe execution of tasks.

Main Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to company policies and legal requirements, particularly concerning safety regulations.
• Relocate scaffolding materials as directed to appropriate locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the scaffolding zone, including managing equipment that requires repair or disposal.
• Carefully load and unload company vehicles.
• Report any hazards, unsafe practices, or irregularities immediately.
• Accurately measure materials and dimensions as per instructions.
• Remain vigilant about potential security threats.
• Support ongoing business operations by contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.

• Possession of a valid CISRS COTS card is mandatory.
