Household Driver/Crew Chief

Role Summary

Lead and manage a team of 2 to 10 employees during moving operations, ensuring a seamless relocation experience for customers. Oversee the transportation of belongings with safety and care, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making abilities throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Demonstrate strong leadership to coordinate and direct a moving crew effectively.
• Maintain high attention to detail and deliver excellent customer service for a positive client experience.
• Exercise sound judgment to supervise the relocation process and ensure the safe handling of customer possessions.
• Driver experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Possession of a valid Commercial Driver's License is preferred but not essential for this position.
