Role Overview

The SAP PP M2S Lead will own and strengthen the Make to Stock process across global operations. The role is centered on rollout execution, process standardization, continuous improvement, and support for digital transformation within Manufacturing to Supply activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the business value of the assigned sub-process in line with the wider process strategy.
• Roll out and consistently communicate the Make to Stock process across global teams.
• Handle all M2S deployment activities as part of rollout initiatives.
• Adapt the process based on user needs, internal standards, regulatory norms, and related process requirements.
• Support the roadmap for rolling out the process and raising the maturity of M2S.
• Ensure the process is implemented sustainably and remains compliant with standards.
• Promote digitalization and automation in Manufacturing to Supply, including standardized Industry 4.0 solution sets.
• Track relevant KPIs and lead initiatives that improve processes and capabilities.
• Train and guide user departments on using standard process practices.
• Work closely with international stakeholders and manage communication, collaboration, and change management effectively.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in the Manufacturing area and Make to Stock processes.
• A relevant university degree such as Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, with emphasis on Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain processes.
• Multiple years of experience in consulting or industry roles, ideally in Consumer Goods or Retail.
• Strong practical exposure to manufacturing-to-supply processes through project work and/or operational roles.
• Ability to think strategically and drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Alignment with a vision for a digitalized, flexible, efficient, and AI-ready supply chain.
• Comfort working in an international setting and willingness to travel regularly.
• Self-driven, persuasive, assertive, and enthusiastic approach to work.
