Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Team Member to join our operations in Pune. This role requires a graduate or postgraduate with a minimum of 6 to 12 months of experience in a BPO US Insurance claims process. The ideal candidate will possess strong typing skills (30 WPM with 98% accuracy) and a solid understanding of the US insurance domain, particularly in vehicle and mortgage claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Process insurance claims, ensuring accurate calculation of mileage and vehicle fair market value at the time of loss to determine correct settlement amounts for lenders.
• Validate proof of insurance provided by lenders to ensure fair settlements and precise calculation of payable amounts.
• Review and verify submitted documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Calculate claim amounts and assess borrower eligibility for settlements.
• Perform general team member duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 98% accuracy.
• Minimum of 6 to 12 months of experience in a BPO US Insurance claims process.
• Specific experience with vehicle and mortgage claims is essential.
• Ability to calculate total mileage and determine the fair market value of a vehicle at the date of loss.
• Proficiency in verifying proof of insurance provided by lenders.
• Skills in reviewing documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Capability to calculate claim amounts and assess borrower eligibility.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Good numerical aptitude.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret documents.
• Flexibility to work in continuous night or rotational shifts as required by business needs.
• Must be between 22 and 34 years of age.

Additional Information

• This is a full-time, onsite position based in Pune.
• The work shift will be in the US time zone, involving rotational or night shifts.
• Weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).
• One-way cab drop facility will be provided.
• Candidates with prior experience in health insurance are not eligible for this role.
