Role Overview

As a SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant specializing in European payroll, you will provide expert advice and support throughout implementation. You will customize SAP Payroll solutions based on customer demands aligned with Strada standards and validate the system through thorough testing. Managing priorities, clear communication with stakeholders, and collaboration with project teams are key responsibilities to ensure successful and timely delivery of payroll projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance throughout the SAP Payroll implementation process ensuring adherence to best practices and client requirements.
• Customize SAP Payroll modules following specific client needs and conduct detailed testing to ensure compliance and functionality.
• Effectively prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain open and clear communication with both internal teams and external clients, supporting other project members as needed.
• Track progress and documentation, working closely with project managers to meet milestone targets.
• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of HR business processes and SAP HR architecture to ensure the solution meets project timelines and expectations.
• Support go-live activities to confirm system readiness and smooth deployment.

Candidate Profile

• Practical experience with SAP HCM application.
• Participation in 2 to 3 successful HCM support or implementation projects.
• In-depth payroll configuration knowledge of European countries, specifically Germany, Belgium, or the Netherlands.
• Proven ability to deliver effective HR system implementations and configurations.
• Strong client orientation, accountability for results, and collaborative attitude combined with discretion handling sensitive data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German language proficiency is an advantage.

Educational Requirements

• A Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Science and Technology, or a related field is required.
