About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Store Manager to take charge of our Hair Originals store in Bangalore. This leadership role demands managing the day-to-day store activities, upholding superior customer service standards, reaching sales goals, and fostering a motivated team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store functions including opening and closing tasks, inventory oversight, and visual merchandising.
- Boost store sales and meet monthly and quarterly revenue objectives.
- Hire, train, and oversee store staff to ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Track stock levels and collaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure timely inventory replenishment.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and strict adherence to brand display standards within the store.
- Compile daily and weekly sales reports and communicate performance metrics with management.
- Ensure all company policies, pricing strategies, and promotional activities are followed.
- Handle cash management, billing processes, and point-of-sale operations efficiently.
- Develop strong customer relations to promote repeat business and foster loyalty.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 to 4 years’ experience managing retail stores, preferably in salons, beauty, or haircare sectors.
- Demonstrated leadership and effective team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications, including billing software and MS Excel.
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-moving retail setting.
- Graduate degree in any discipline is desirable but not mandatory.
