Job Overview

We seek an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Salesperson to become part of our Madinah branch team. The chosen candidate will interact directly with customers in-store, actively promote our product lineup, uphold merchandising standards, and help reach branch sales objectives. Success in this position requires strong communication abilities, product expertise, and efficiency within a dynamic retail setting.

Primary Duties

• Warmly welcome customers, understand their needs, deliver precise product guidance, and tailor recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Actively promote products and current deals, striving to achieve both individual and store-wide sales targets through effective engagement and upselling methods.
• Ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing, restock products as needed, verify pricing and signage, and maintain a neat sales area.
• Stay informed about product details, advantages, and promotions to confidently assist customers.
• Accurately handle cash register operations including sales, returns, and exchanges following company policies.
• Address customer questions and complaints professionally; escalate issues when required and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with store staff and managers to accomplish daily goals, join team meetings, and support new hires.
• Adhere to cash handling and security guidelines to protect company assets and ensure a safe store environment.
• Report regularly to management about customer trends, inventory demands, and sales outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Preferably 1+ year experience in retail or sales; however, candidates with excellent customer service capabilities are also welcome.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Proficient verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English to interact professionally with customers.
• Strong customer service focus demonstrated through friendly and attentive interactions.
• Comfortable with basic numerical tasks and cash handling with meticulousness.
• Physically capable of standing for long durations, lifting and moving stock, and performing routine store duties.
• Adaptable team player available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Must have legal eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.
