Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a proficient Salesforce Commerce Cloud Support Analyst to join our team, with 4+ years of relevant experience. This hybrid work role is based in Hyderabad (also options for Chennai and Bangalore) with shift hours from 4:30 PM to 2:30 AM. The principal responsibility is to assure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the Salesforce Commerce platform, addressed through technical support, troubleshooting, and cooperation with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely and effective technical assistance to users and internal staff concerning Salesforce Commerce issues.
- Identify root causes of technical problems and implement prompt solutions.
- Work closely with other support groups to resolve complex technical challenges seamlessly.
- Use ticketing systems to log, monitor, and handle support tickets efficiently.
- Classify and prioritize incidents as per their urgency and effect on business processes.
- Update stakeholders and management on issue progress and resolutions.
- Help configure, maintain, and monitor the Salesforce Commerce platform.
- Execute periodic updates, patches, and enhancements for platform stability and best performance.
- Keep thorough documentation of problems, fixes, and recommended practices.
- Provide additional End of Month and weekend extended support during critical periods.
- Create training materials and guides to assist users with the platform.
- Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to spot enhancement and optimization possibilities.
- Participate in ongoing meetings about current issues, new releases, and improvement plans.
- Proactively suggest improvements for platform usability, performance, and support processes.
- Support development and rollout of enhancements for the Salesforce Commerce platform.
Qualifications and Eligibility
Applicants must hold at least a graduate degree in any field and have 3 to 8 years of experience, especially in Salesforce Commerce Cloud business analysis or quality assurance roles.
