Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Operate full-time on-site within a retail setting following a rotating schedule across a 7-day trading week.
- Create travel itineraries and handle bookings for flights, hotels, car hires, tours, cruises, transfers, and insurance via face-to-face, telephone, and email communications.
- Meet and strive to exceed sales targets and KPIs by offering complete holiday packages.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships for both new and repeat clients, covering domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Provide expert travel advice including visa information, optimal travel seasons, packing tips, and destination insights.
- Receive a base salary plus uncapped incentives based on sales performance.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced traveler with international destinations in their portfolio and known for sharing travel advice.
- Strong organizational abilities, including effective note-taking, calendar management, and prompt communication with clients.
- Resilience and drive to achieve sales goals within a busy, multitasking environment.
- Friendly, passionate, and warm personality that fosters customer trust and repeat business.
- Comfortable with using multiple complex computer systems to find and book optimal travel solutions.
