Role Overview

In the position of Sales Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing the store's front-end operations and ensuring customers receive outstanding service. This includes overseeing checkout operations, customer support, loss prevention efforts, and daily operational workflows to maintain smooth store function. As a leader, you will build and nurture a motivated team environment that encourages collaboration, support, and high performance.
