Role Purpose and Work Hours

This position serves as the Sales Support Second-in-Command (2IC) supporting the Sales Support Manager in leading and developing the team handling all customer-facing processes at the store's front end. Additionally, the role involves backing end-of-house activities, ensuring compliance with internal audits, and completing daily administrative duties efficiently.

Work schedule is as follows:

• Wednesday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
• Thursday: 2:00pm – 8:30pm
• Friday: 12:00pm – 8:30pm
• Saturday: 12:00pm – 8:30pm

Who You Are

The ideal applicant brings retail experience from a large-scale or big-box retail environment. Strong leadership qualities, excellent verbal and written communication, and a genuine enthusiasm for retail and improving both customer and team member experiences are essential.
