Role Purpose and Work Hours

The Nightfill Team Member ensures that the store is fully stocked and prepared for customers by restocking shelves overnight. This role operates Tuesday to Saturday from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM, enabling a seamless shopping experience by transforming the store after hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Restocking store shelves to guarantee readiness for the morning opening.
• Following planograms for specific store sections to maintain an organized and visually appealing layout.
• Ensuring products are accurately priced and promotional signage is clearly displayed to highlight deals.
• Maintaining store cleanliness and tidiness to create a welcoming environment for customers.

About You

• Strong communication skills with a positive and eager-to-learn attitude.
• Minimum age of 16, meeting legal work requirements.
• Reliable transportation to commute to and from the workplace.
• Physical fitness to perform tasks involving some heavy lifting.
