Role Overview

This position involves collaborating closely with the Apparel Manager to provide leadership and coaching to the apparel team, ensuring outstanding team performance. You will utilize your creative eye for visual merchandising and adherence to planograms to enhance the customer shopping environment, making it visually appealing and engaging. Additionally, you will be an essential support resource for customers, assisting them with their apparel selections.

Working Hours

• Tuesday: 2:00pm to 10:30pm
• Wednesday to Saturday: 10:00am to 6:30pm

• Demonstrated experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality sectors
• Strong leadership and team motivation capabilities
• Genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Exceptional communication skills
