About the Role

This position focuses on helping organizations adopt Google Cloud and use its products to support their business goals. You will work alongside customers to shape and carry out organizational, programmatic, and technical plans that align with stakeholder and business objectives. The role also involves clearing organizational and technical hurdles, spotting opportunities to increase product usage, and partnering internally to understand customer needs and market context.

Google Cloud supports digital transformation for organizations across industries by delivering enterprise-grade solutions built on Google technology. Its tools help developers build more sustainably, and its customers in more than 200 countries and territories rely on it to solve complex business challenges and drive growth.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of practical experience.
  • At least 4 years of sales experience in enterprise software or cloud-based environments.
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with channel partners, systems integrators, and third parties to deliver and manage solution implementation.
  • Background in technical or business engineering within cloud, technology, computer science, or information systems.
  • Ability to recognize customer trends and turn them into growth strategies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to deliver results in a cross-functional setting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Google Cloud adoption across organizations and help customers understand the business value of the platform and its offerings.
  • Build customer plans that define goals, stakeholders, milestones, risks, and metrics needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Work closely with customer-facing teams across Google Cloud to create account strategies and guide the use of company resources.
  • Spot opportunities for business expansion within target markets and customer accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support business growth, improve marketing effectiveness, and direct investment toward customer results.
