Role Overview
Join a dynamic role as a Sales Representative promoting premium medical products, such as the Ambu bag, across northern Bavaria including cities like Nürnberg, Erlangen, Regensburg, and Würzburg. You will manage an established territory with a loyal customer base, providing expert support and expanding these relationships, while actively acquiring new clients focusing on anesthesia and patient monitoring sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact in hospitals and clinics for products related to anesthesia and patient monitoring.
- Provide independent and reliable customer support with high professional standards.
- Approach your work with a strong customer orientation and dedication.
- Plan and execute sales projects aligned with yearly targets.
- Grow existing clientele and independently acquire new customers, including conducting negotiations and managing contract implementations within clinics.
- Organize and lead workshops, product training sessions, and customer events.
- Negotiate and implement contracts within hospital settings.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Completed commercial and/or medical training successfully.
- Experience within anesthesia, intensive care, or single-use medical devices and a keen interest in developing a career in field sales.
- Proven enthusiasm and skills in sales and interpersonal communication.
- Strong commercial insight coupled with excellent communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently, ability to work independently, and strong commitment to your role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and English language skills.
- Residency within the sales region or readiness to relocate there.
