Position Overview

NOBLE, a leader in Defense and Government Services, supports national readiness with extensive contract options and product offerings worldwide. The Sales Representative for the East Coast Air Force division will engage customers by delivering innovative solutions, mission-centric products, and streamlined procurement channels aimed at overcoming client challenges effectively.

Territory and Mission Focus

The role covers numerous bases including Joint Base Andrews, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Dover Air Force Base, among others, concentrating on special operations mission support and rapid acquisition for Special Operations Forces units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exceed revenue and profit targets quarterly and annually.
  • Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with customers and vendors within the assigned region and expand into new markets as needed.
  • Maintain and present weekly sales pipelines, including opportunities, quotes, and orders.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop requirements for bids and contract quotes related to company offerings.
  • Attend client sites, symposiums, trade shows, and vendor engagements to grow sales potential.
  • Gather and communicate competitive and customer intelligence to inform company strategy.
  • Provide pricing estimates, ensure correct contract terms, warranties, and delivery timelines.
  • Use CRM and ERP systems proficiently to manage quotes and order processing.
  • Support Inside Sales with data entry and identifying funding options.
  • Recommend products aligned with customer needs and interests.
  • Perform administrative duties, including report preparation, sales record maintenance, and expense filing timely.
  • Engage with customers and professionals on product enhancements to improve performance.
  • Process quotes received through various channels accurately.
  • Develop marketing strategies to generate leads and implement collaborative sales approaches with internal teams and vendors.
  • Manage a Google calendar to organize client communications, travel, and sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven knowledge of Government Sales and Federal Contracting processes.
  • Experience working with Department of Defense, Military, Federal, and Law Enforcement entities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines independently and conduct skilled negotiations.
  • Strong communication capabilities.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance, if necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree with three years of sales experience or five years of relevant industry experience in lieu of education.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Office Suite, Salesforce, and internet research methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite is advantageous.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Work typically occurs in office settings with required travel to customer locations and attendance at events. Administrative tasks can be performed remotely from a home office. Physical demands conform to typical office requirements.
