Role overview
The company is looking for an energetic Sales Recruiter to join its fast-expanding Sales team in Orlando. In this role, you will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and help the business meet its hiring objectives in a dynamic FinTech setting.
Work location and schedule
This is an onsite role based in Downtown Orlando, Florida. Standard office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
Key responsibilities
You will manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across the organization, using a mix of sourcing channels to find strong candidates. The role also involves evaluating applicants, coordinating interviews, supporting offer discussions, and contributing to ongoing improvements in the hiring process.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has 3 or more years of hands-on recruitment experience in a fast-moving environment, ideally within Automotive Finance, Dealership Sales, Warranty Companies, Reinsurance, or another auto-related sector. Experience sourcing passive talent through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed is important, along with familiarity with applicant tracking systems. The company is seeking someone who is self-motivated, communicates well, builds strong relationships, and can adapt quickly as priorities shift.
Compensation and benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000, with a bonus structure tied to experience and performance. Employees receive a company laptop and mobile phone, plus a benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage beginning on the first day of the month after the start date, as well as a 401(k) match and additional benefits.
