Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Contract Healthcare Recruiter to operate remotely, supporting multiple markets primarily along the East Coast and Midwest. This role involves sourcing and hiring healthcare professionals such as Healthcare Providers, Registered Nurses, and administrative personnel across various locations and practices. The recruiter will handle applicant screening, interview scheduling, offer issuance, and maintaining comprehensive recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage job postings using an Applicant Tracking System and job boards such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn.
• Engage promptly with candidates applying for various roles to ensure smooth communication.
• Act as a positive representative of Ennoble Care during all applicant engagements.
• Evaluate resumes and CVs to assess candidate suitability for available roles.
• Conduct initial phone screenings for qualified candidates.
• Document detailed notes at each recruitment stage within the tracking system.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and management, maintaining regular follow-up.
• Serve as the intermediary between hiring managers and applicants throughout the recruiting process.
• Answer candidate inquiries regarding the hiring process, job roles, and company information.
• Generate and distribute personalized offer letters to selected candidates.
• Participate in team meetings to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Provide weekly reports on recruitment progress and pipeline status.

Requirements

• Between 2 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience or strong interest in the healthcare sector.
• Previous exposure to high-volume recruitment is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficient with communication channels including email, phone, and text messaging.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable updating and maintaining multiple electronic databases.
• Adept at working in fast-paced environments and adapting to changes swiftly.
• Creative and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Competent in Microsoft Office and various business software applications.

Additional Information

This is a full-time contract role working Monday through Friday during Eastern Standard Time hours, fully remote.
