Role Overview

We seek a motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. This pivotal role involves handling the full recruitment cycle for multiple roles such as Medical Assistants, Front Desk personnel, Clinic Administrators, and corporate positions. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements, devise sourcing strategies, and ensure the timely and efficient onboarding of qualified candidates. The role includes representing the company at career fairs and community events to strengthen talent pipelines, supporting organizational expansion and operational success.

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment efforts for high-demand job categories including clinical and corporate roles.
  • Identify and source potential candidates using job boards, social channels, networking, and referrals.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to provide a smooth candidate experience.
  • Develop ongoing partnerships with hiring officials to align staffing needs and recruitment priorities.
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Negotiate employment offers and assist with onboarding logistics including compliance documentation.
  • Manage job postings across multiple platforms to attract qualified applicants.
  • Engage in career fairs and networking functions to expand recruitment reach and build candidate pools.
  • Use applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse to log candidate progress, maintain detailed records, and generate recruitment reports.
  • Adhere to company policies and employment regulations consistently throughout recruitment activities.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of recruiting experience, preferably in agency or high-volume in-house environments.
  • Experience recruiting for healthcare-related roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Support with corporate hiring is considered a plus.
  • Strong candidate sourcing capabilities and ability to cultivate talent pipelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple requirements effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Greenhouse, is preferred.
  • Highly organized with a strong eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but optional.
