About the Role
The Platforms and Devices Commercial Organization (PDCO) at Google enables the delivery of Google's technology directly into consumers' lives via products including Pixel phones, earbuds, tablets, smartwatches, Nest, Fitbit, and Gemini-powered health subscriptions. This team works extensively with telcos, retailers, and partners across the APAC region and Google Store to maximize sales and monthly active users (MAUs) of these devices and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop precise Pixel product forecasts and projections for new launches by leveraging market trends, historical data, and artificial intelligence tools.
- Provide consultation on quarterly and annual sales objectives, continuously tracking performance to spot operational deficiencies and areas of overachievement.
- Collaborate with regional demand planning teams, global sales operations, and country leaders to synchronize demand forecasting and supply management.
- Implement AI-driven solutions and automate processes to improve workflows and facilitate effective global communication.
- Analyze sales data using SQL, spreadsheet tools, and advanced analytics to uncover patterns and shape strategic business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
- At least 6 years of background in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory roles.
- Preferred experience includes more than 7 years in sales operations, business analysis, planning or goal setting roles.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Slides accompanied by SQL skills.
- Experience with sales incentive programs and planning methodologies.
- Familiarity with hardware, consumer electronics, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong aptitude for analyzing complex datasets and producing strategic guidance.
