Sales Operations Executive (6-Month Maternity Cover Contract)

Position Summary

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Sales Operations Executive to join our team on a six-month maternity cover contract. This role involves providing operational support to the Sales department, ensuring precise sales processes, maintaining operational excellence, coordinating cross-team activities, and assisting with sales performance reporting.

Key Duties

• Facilitate daily operations for the Sales team to ensure efficient and seamless sales process execution.
• Accurately and promptly process sales orders, quotations, contracts, and associated documents.
• Update and maintain CRM platforms to uphold data accuracy for customers and sales records.
• Liaise with Finance, Merchant Operations, Product, and Customer Success teams to support onboarding and order fulfillment activities.
• Generate and maintain sales-related reports, dashboards, forecasts, and performance indicators for leadership review.
• Track sales pipeline activities and ensure timely follow-up on pending tasks.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of sales procedures, standard operating protocols, and workflows to improve effectiveness.
• Assist with tracking sales incentives, managing campaigns, and preparing commission reports when required.
• Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and analyses to guarantee the accuracy of reports.
• Provide administrative and operational support for sales-related projects, initiatives, and occasional assignments.
