Job Overview
We are looking to hire Sales Officers and Collection Officers specializing in Agricultural Loans, particularly Tractor Finance, in Nashik, India. The role involves driving tractor loan business by leveraging dealer networks and conducting field visits to identify potential customers. Candidates will be responsible for completing KYC processes, loan documentation, fostering relationships with clients, and consistently meeting monthly sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop tractor finance business by utilizing dealer connections and on-ground visits.
- Identify potential customers and complete the KYC process thoroughly.
- Prepare and manage loan-related documentation for customer approvals.
- Maintain and nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve and strive to exceed set monthly sales targets consistently.
Candidate Profile
- Graduates with 1 to 5 years of experience in BFSI sales or collection domains.
- Experience in tractor or vehicle finance, NBFC, banking, or loan recovery processes is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse customer bases.
