Role Overview
As Sales & Marketing Manager, you will take full responsibility for sales and marketing activities aimed at increasing revenue and strengthening our brand presence. You will oversee agency collaborations and work closely with senior management and operations leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales and marketing division.
- Implement strategies and initiatives to boost revenue performance.
- Develop comprehensive sales and marketing plans.

- Manage external agencies for social media, websites, and print materials.
- Collaborate closely with executive management and operational managers.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 4 years relevant professional experience.
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing within the gastronomy sector.
- Strong digital competence and affinity.
- Proficient in IT tools including Microsoft Office and image editing software.
- High level of commitment and a goal-driven working style.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, hands-on mindset.
- Fluent in both German and English languages.
