Sales & Marketing Manager - Architect Channel

Overview

We are seeking an energetic Sales & Marketing Manager to foster and sustain robust partnerships with architects, interior designers, and consultants. The goal is to drive business opportunities related to modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior solutions based in Lucknow.

Primary Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, and consultants to foster collaboration.
• Generate fresh business prospects within the architect and design community.
• Lead product presentations and design discussions to showcase offerings.
• Identify potential architect partners and handle their onboarding process.
• Collaborate closely with sales and design teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor behavior, and customer needs.
• Represent the organization at industry networking events, exhibitions, and meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
• 4 to 8 years of relevant sales or marketing experience in modular kitchens, furniture, building materials, interiors, tiles, laminates, hardware, or similar fields.
• Established network among architects and interior designers within Lucknow.
• Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and presenting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Ownership of a two-wheeler or four-wheeler and readiness for local travel.

Candidates from sectors such as modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, interior solutions, building materials, tiles, laminates, hardware, plywood, paints, sanitaryware, or home improvement are particularly welcome.
