Sales & Marketing Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive with a background in the plywood industry to join Shree Shyam Wood Products based in Asansol, West Bengal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with various stakeholders in the plywood segment, driving sales, and expanding our dealer and distributor networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage regularly with plywood dealers, hardware outlets, furniture manufacturers, contractors, and interior design professionals.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by establishing fresh dealer and distributor connections.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with current customers to secure repeat orders.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Gather orders and liaise with the dispatch department to ensure prompt delivery.
• Monitor payment collections and manage any outstanding dues promptly.
• Conduct market surveys to collect competitor pricing details and provide insights on market trends.
• Prepare and submit daily visit reports while updating customer information records.
• Serve as a professional representative of the company, promoting the brand within the assigned region.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging between INR 5,000 to 12,000.
