Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive the promotion and sales of wires, cables, and related electrical products within an assigned territory. The role involves cultivating strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, contractors, and electricians to expand our reach in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell electrical wires, cables, and associated products across the designated area.
• Build and sustain robust partnerships with distributors, dealers, retailers, contractors, and electricians.
• Identify new business prospects and work towards broadening market penetration.
• Meet or exceed set monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
• Carry out frequent market visits to locate and engage potential clients.
• Track competitor actions and stay updated on market trends.
• Manage dealer appointments and oversee channel sales activities.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and provide ongoing support to customers.
• Submit sales reports daily or weekly to the management for tracking progress.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience in selling electrical goods with a focus on wires and cables.
• Possesses strong contacts within the electrical market network.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently to attain targets.
• Prepared to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Knowledge of channel sales and distribution management is preferable.

Compensation

The salary ranges between 20,000 and 40,000 INR monthly. Incentives are variable and dependent on sales performance.
