Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Overview

As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Syntron Health Care, you will be responsible for promoting our surgical products, including ENT, oncology, and tracheostomy items, to hospitals and clinics across the Madurai region.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit healthcare facilities within the designated territory to introduce and market Syntron's range of surgical products.
• Identify and develop new client accounts while expanding business with existing hospitals and medical professionals.
• Engage regularly with surgeons, operating theater staff, and procurement teams to understand needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Perform basic demonstrations of products and facilitate clinical evaluations as required.
• Consistently meet monthly sales and collection goals and provide detailed reports on visits and sales progress.
• Collaborate with logistics and back-office teams to guarantee timely product deliveries and manage urgent requests effectively.

Candidate Profile

• Holds any bachelor's degree; preference for candidates with science or biomedical backgrounds, though this is not mandatory.
• Possesses between zero and three years of experience in sales roles within medical devices, surgical products, or pharmaceuticals; enthusiastic fresh graduates with keen interest in healthcare sales are encouraged to apply.
• Owns a two-wheeler and is prepared to travel extensively in and around Madurai.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills in Tamil and basic proficiency in English.
• Exhibits a positive attitude coupled with a strong focus on achieving targets.
