Position Overview
The role of Sales Executive involves engaging with customers in the showroom and on projects, understanding their needs, and proposing fitting products from tiles to marble and granite. This includes preparing quotations, maintaining customer follow-ups, and fostering durable relationships with key industry stakeholders to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and support customers visiting the showroom.
- Identify customer preferences and suggest appropriate luxury tiles, marble, and granite options.
- Prepare and present quotations; diligently follow up until sales are confirmed.
- Build and maintain strong connections with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
- Expand clientele through site visits, referrals, and professional networking.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Keep detailed customer records and perform timely follow-ups via CRM, calls, and WhatsApp.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials, tiles, marble, sanitaryware, furniture, paints, or luxury retail sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities.
- Confident, customer-centric approach with the ability to work independently to reach targets.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications such as Excel, WhatsApp, email, and CRM systems.
- Holding a valid driving license is beneficial.
