Role Overview

This position calls for a seasoned Sales Executive with 5 to 10 years of experience targeting builders and project sales specifically in Jaipur.

Primary Duties

• Drive business development by engaging with builders and property developers.
• Network and collaborate with architects, interior designers, and procurement teams effectively.
• Identify and cultivate new dealer and project opportunities.
• Prepare detailed quotations and diligently follow up to secure orders.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly sales goals.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• 5 to 10 years’ relevant experience in builder/project sales.
• Background in modular kitchens, furniture, plywood, laminates, hardware, or related building materials is advantageous.
• Strong relationships and networks with builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, and procurement specialists.
• Excellent communication skills paired with strong negotiation abilities.
• Readiness to travel as required for client meetings.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges from ₹50,000 to ₹80,000 plus attractive incentives, dependent on experience.
