Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and oversee distributor activities and resources within the designated region to meet company goals related to Secondary and Tertiary Sales.
- Engage retailers and mechanics through acquisition efforts and activation campaigns to increase brand presence.
- Promote Petronas as the preferred lubricant brand in the assigned market area.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Must hold a regular Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in managing distributor networks.
- Knowledge of the local language is advantageous.
- Preference will be given to candidates from industries like Adhesives, Spare Parts, or Lubricants.
