Sales & Marketing Executive

About the Role

Uni1 India Company is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive outreach and sales efforts for its uniform solutions across educational institutions and business establishments. The role involves educating potential clients about the value offered, building strong relationships, and contributing to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit educational institutions and related organizations to showcase the benefits of the company's uniform solutions, communicating the value and fostering partnerships.
• Engage with a variety of business clients, from small enterprises to large corporations, recording detailed information about their needs and presenting tailored uniform solutions.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer preferences, providing insights to management.
• Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact between the company and its customers.
• Keep precise records of client interactions and sales activity, and prepare regular sales performance reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated background in business development and marketing, ideally within the uniform industry or a similar sector.
• Exceptional verbal and presentation capabilities.
• Proven negotiation skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willing and able to travel extensively as part of job duties.
• Familiarity with the education sector and commercial landscapes is considered advantageous.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 20,000 to INR 35,000.
