Role Overview

This newly created position involves supporting the sales team to strategically expand the KIS market. You will serve as the operational hub connecting Sales, Marketing, and healthcare clients by ensuring that all processes, data, and initiatives align effectively. You will have the opportunity to shape this role from the ground up.

Main Duties

  • Assist the sales team with daily tasks such as preparing offers, responding to customer inquiries, and managing documents.
  • Maintain and enhance the CRM system, including lead tracking, opportunity management, and sales reporting.
  • Monitor leads and sales activities systematically to ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Create presentations, offer documents, and relevant sales analyses.
  • Coordinate scheduling and support customer meetings and presentations.
  • Provide administrative support in account management tasks like managing offers, contracts, and documentation.
  • Participate in public tenders and structured procurement processes.
  • Assist with onboarding new customers.
  • Implement B2B marketing campaigns such as email, social media, and events.
  • Create and prepare marketing and sales content, including texts, presentations, and basic graphics.
  • Update website content and manage digital channels.
  • Plan, organize, and support trade shows, events, and specialist conferences.
  • Support outreach and lead generation initiatives.
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses related to the clinical information system environment.

Responsibilities

You will ensure structured and transparent sales processes, maintain high-quality CRM data and reports, and execute marketing activities targeting specific audiences. Handling sensitive information in a regulated environment will require careful attention. Your professional interaction with key healthcare decision-makers will be crucial to success.

Requirements

  • Education or training in business administration, marketing, health management, or a related field.
  • Experience in inside sales, sales operations, or B2B marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems covering lead management, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional context.
  • Competent usage of digital tools and marketing platforms.
  • Highly organized with a precise, independent workflow and strong organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with good understanding of sales metrics.
  • Confident communication style, comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders, and enjoys collaborative teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, especially in clinical or KIS environments.
  • Knowledge of public tenders or regulated markets.
  • Interest in digital healthcare solutions.
