Role Overview
This position is for a Sales Manager focused on offline modern trade in Noida. The role calls for a professional with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience to help grow retail business, strengthen outlet coverage, and improve in-store execution.
What You Will Do
- Support and expand sales across modern trade and multi-brand retail outlets.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with retail and channel partners.
- Oversee merchandising standards and ensure product visibility in stores.
- Monitor inventory movement and help maintain healthy stock levels.
- Ensure smooth execution at store level and consistent compliance with brand requirements.
- Contribute to sustained revenue growth through effective offline sales management.
Experience Requirement
The role is suited to candidates with 3 to 6 years of experience in modern trade, channel sales, or related B2B retail sales functions.
