Anand Housing Finance Company is seeking a Sales Manager focused on generating business for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products in Pune through DSA and open market channels.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive generation of Home Loan and LAP business via DSA partners and open market avenues.
• Develop and sustain strong connections with DSA partners, brokers, builders, and other referral sources.
• Identify new opportunities to source loans and expand the market network in Pune.
• Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, customer onboarding, documentation, and loan login.
• Liaise with credit, operations, and legal departments to ensure seamless disbursement of loan cases.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.
• Comply with internal company policies and process standards at every stage.
• Submit regular management information system (MIS) reports, update sales pipeline status, and provide market feedback to management.
• Maintain superior customer satisfaction and nurture long-term client relationships.

Candidate Profile

• At least 2 years of experience in sales of Home Loans or Loan Against Property products.
• Extensive knowledge of the Pune open market and DSA sales channels.
• Excellent communication abilities, strong negotiation skills, and adeptness at building relationships.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and focused on achieving targets.
