Role Overview
We are actively seeking an enthusiastic and driven Car Sales Manager to join our Dutton One retail location in Brookvale, NSW. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with an outstanding vehicle inventory and become part of one of the fastest-growing automotive retail groups in Australia. In this position, you will follow a structured sales methodology, provide customer service beyond expectations, and adopt contemporary automotive sales practices.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
- Implement and maintain a defined sales process to drive business objectives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds client expectations.
- Utilize various strategies, including client canvassing, to meet and surpass sales targets.
- Manage and resolve customer concerns while upholding company policies.
- Establish and nurture enduring customer relationships.
- Maintain professional presentation representing the brand confidently.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in sales.
- Background in general, used, or prestige automotive sales with comprehensive knowledge of the second-hand car market.
- Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales and conversion targets.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication abilities.
- Self-driven with the ability to be target-oriented and motivated.
- Valid driver’s license.
