Role and Responsibilities

• Devise and execute sales strategies for partner networks to meet defined sales targets within assigned business units.
• Lead, inspire, and provide training to partners to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness.
• Establish measurable goals and closely track partner achievements against agreed-upon sales objectives.
• Assist partners in lead generation, sales conversion, and closing deals effectively.
• Support partners in upselling and cross-selling insurance products by analyzing customer needs.
• Facilitate continuous training of partners to maintain a high-performing sales channel.
• Obtain regular feedback from partners and customers to assess satisfaction regarding sales processes and product offerings.
• Review sales plans with partners and provide guidance to foster business growth.

Eligibility and Educational Requirements

Applications are open to candidates holding any graduate degree interested in pursuing a career in sales.

Compensation and Locations

The compensation package ranges between 2.5 and 4.5 lakh per annum. Employment locations include Muzaffarpur, Gaya, Bhagalpur, and Patna.
