Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Jeddah for a Sales Logistics Specialist. The role combines client handling, logistics coordination, shipment monitoring, and sales support. You will respond to customer inquiries, maintain strong client relationships, work with vendors and government authorities, and ensure transportation activities remain compliant with regulations. The position also includes freight forwarding responsibilities, delivery follow-ups, and active contribution toward sales growth by spotting opportunities and negotiating with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and sustain positive relationships with clients while handling their questions and service needs.
- Coordinate logistics activities and keep shipments moving according to plan.
- Track cargo and follow up on deliveries until completion.
- Work with vendors and government entities to support smooth operations and compliance.
- Manage freight forwarding tasks and related transportation documentation.
- Ensure all movement of goods follows applicable transportation rules and regulatory requirements.
- Identify sales opportunities, support business growth, and negotiate deals with clients.
- Deliver customer service that strengthens satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, including familiarity with sales workflows and negotiation methods.
- Background in logistics management and understanding of supply chain processes.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding, shipping paperwork, and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Good organizational thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Comfort working in an on-site team setting.
- Ability to use relevant software tools and systems effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field is preferred.
- English fluency is mandatory; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
