Job description
Role Overview and Responsibilities
As a Spare Parts Operation Specialist, you will oversee daily activities related to spare parts management, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound logistics as well as accurate inventory control. Your work will include maintaining adherence to company warehouse procedures and driving improvements in operational processes.
- Manage the daily handling of spare parts operations, coordinating inbound shipments, outbound deliveries, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with established warehouse standards while fostering continuous enhancement of operational workflows.
- Keep precise and prompt records of inbound and outbound transactions in the company's systems and collaborate with IT and logistics departments to streamline associated processes.
- Track inventory quantities, support stock accuracy initiatives, and assist with regular cycle counts and audits.
- Work closely with service partners and internal team members to guarantee timely availability and fulfillment of spare parts orders.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Highly detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and coordination capabilities.
- Professional experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or spare parts management; familiarity with European operational contexts is advantageous.
- Knowledgeable in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); experience with SAP, Salesforce (SF), or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) platforms is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively across multiple departments.
- Willingness to undertake travel as needed, possessing a valid European driving license.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional European language skills will be considered a plus.
