Role Overview

As a Sales Host, you will be instrumental in expanding the membership base by delivering excellent customer experiences, boosting membership sales, and aiding member retention efforts. Your role involves transforming conversations into memberships, welcoming prospects, supporting existing members, and promoting various club products and services that help individuals achieve their fitness ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert prospective members by delivering memorable experiences tailored to individual fitness goals.
• Drive sales from new memberships, renewals, upgrades, and ancillary opportunities.
• Conduct personalized club tours aligned with visitors' fitness needs.
• Apply effective questioning, relationship-building, and objection management skills.
• Follow up on enquiries and leads to maximize member acquisition.
• Foster strong relationships with members to enhance retention and engagement.
• Support club sales and retention objectives.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all members and guests.
• Address member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Promote gym products, services, and fitness solutions available in the club.
• Participate in club events, initiatives, and member engagement activities.
• Represent the Everlast Gyms brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Assist in daily club operations including acting as a key holder when required.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety, and gym floor upkeep.
• Support membership and CRM system usage to manage inquiries and member data efficiently.
• Collaborate with club team members to meet overall business goals and drive national campaigns.
• Contribute to a positive club culture and take responsibility for personal performance and professional growth.

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong enthusiasm for fitness, sales, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Confident, outgoing, and positive demeanor.
• Goal-oriented mindset with determination to meet targets.
• Good organizational and administrative capabilities.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Preferred experience in sales, hospitality, retail, leisure, or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with sales targets and customer retention strategies.
• Experience using booking, sales, or membership management systems is advantageous.
