Role Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated Showroom Consultant to join our Lansvale showroom due to an internal promotion. This dynamic role involves engaging retail customers, providing customized product solutions, and delivering excellent customer service to increase sales revenue. The position offers genuine career growth opportunities in customer service or sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and address customer requirements by recommending appropriate products.
- Interact directly with customers in the showroom to convert inquiries into sales orders.
- Handle quotes, follow-up communications, and maintain active sales pipelines to maximize conversions.
- Keep accurate records in the Salesforce CRM system and manage sales opportunities effectively.
- Support showroom presentation standards and contribute to overall team success.
Candidate Profile
- Strong customer-focus with excellent communication abilities.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles within sales or customer service.
- Enthusiastic about learning and advancing skills.
- Comfortable building rapport and engaging with customers confidently.
- Organized with keen attention to detail.
- Motivated to achieve targets and work towards KPIs.
- Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; prior admin experience advantageous.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
