Role overview
ABABIL HEALTHCARE is looking for an experienced and goal-oriented sales leader to head its medical device business in Bangalore and Hubli. This position is focused on scaling revenue, steering sales teams, and shaping go-to-market plans to strengthen the company’s presence in the medical device space.

Key responsibilities
- Manage and guide sales teams in Bangalore and Hubli to meet revenue goals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
- Deliver revenue and growth outcomes while protecting profitability.
- Oversee P&L responsibilities, budget preparation, and forecasting activities.

- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to support successful market execution.
Requirements
