Sales Executive - Telecalling (Ayurvedic Wellness)

Company Overview

Hardev Enterprises is seeking motivated male and female Telecalling Sales Executives to join its Ayurvedic Wellness division. This role offers the flexibility of working from home, with live leads provided to ensure no cold calling is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming inquiries from potential clients.
• Clearly and simply communicate the benefits of products to customers.
• Assist and guide customers effectively to convert leads into confirmed sales.
• Maintain professional communication and consistent follow-ups with prospects.

Performance Expectations

An average target of approximately 2 sales orders per day is expected, with about 60 to 70 orders delivered each month.

Compensation Structure

The salary is performance-based and calculated monthly based on the number of successfully delivered orders, according to the following scale:

• Less than 30 orders: ₹140 per delivered order
• 30–39 orders: ₹4,500
• 40–49 orders: ₹6,200
• 50–59 orders: ₹8,000
• 60–69 orders: ₹9,900
• 70–79 orders: ₹11,900 (approx. ₹12,000 salary)
• 80–89 orders: ₹14,000
• 90–99 orders: ₹16,200
• 100–109 orders: ₹18,500
• 110–119 orders: ₹20,900
• 120–129 orders: ₹23,400
• 130–139 orders: ₹26,000
• 140–149 orders: ₹30,000
• 150+ orders: higher salary slabs available
