Job description

Role Summary

This position is focused on growing sales performance across the assigned Singapore market by working with retail outlets, trade agents, and commercial accounts. The objective is to meet revenue goals, use promotional opportunities effectively, stay informed about market movement, and strengthen relationships with key partners to support overall business expansion.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver the sales and revenue results assigned for the designated market, territory, agent group, or channel in line with business goals and timelines.
  • Roll out sales plans and commercial initiatives aimed at travel agencies, corporate customers, and retail partners to support long-term growth.
  • Oversee promotional campaigns and point-of-sale collateral so the brand remains visible and customer engagement stays strong.
  • Track market shifts, competitor actions, and trade activity regularly to keep sales decisions informed by current intelligence.
  • Prepare presentations and produce monthly performance reviews covering revenue and traffic by market, agent, route, and cabin/class mix, then act on findings to improve results and protect market share.
  • Submit accurate and timely reports to management using the company’s approved systems and tools to support planning and performance tracking.
  • Maintain productive relationships with trade partners, outlet teams, and commercial stakeholders while using digital tools and analytics to improve efficiency, manage records, and support day-to-day administration.

What We’re Looking For

  • A university degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a similar discipline is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant sales experience is required, ideally gained with a recognized airline or travel agency.
  • Prior exposure to the airline, travel, or hospitality industries is expected.
  • Strong ability to analyze sales and revenue data and turn it into useful business insights.
  • Comfort with digital sales platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, along with negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Good planning, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with initiative.
  • Candidates must have the legal right to live and work in Singapore.

Compensation

A competitive salary package is offered.

Additional Information

This role is based in Singapore and is intended for a full-time, onsite arrangement.
