Sales Executive - Perfume Store

About the Role

We are seeking a vibrant and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our perfume retail team located in Goregoan West, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be well-presented and enthusiastic about perfume products, providing excellent service and engaging effectively with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing perfumes by understanding their preferences and requirements.
• Confidently explain fragrance notes, categories, and product attributes to shoppers.
• Manage daily store functions, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure the store remains clean, hygienic, and that product displays are visually appealing.
• Oversee inventory control, including stock counting and replenishment.
• Handle billing processes while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Create engaging video content for Instagram, Facebook Reels, and other social media platforms.
• Participate in promotional activities to enhance the brand’s online visibility.
• Maintain a consistently positive, professional, and energetic demeanor.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic familiarity with perfumes and fragrance families; training will be provided.
• Effective communication skills in English and fluency in the local language.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and customer service orientation.
• Comfortable appearing on camera for social media video content.
• Competent with basic computer and mobile applications for billing and inventory management.
• Honest, punctual, neatly presented, and motivated to learn.
• Prior experience in retail sales or specifically in perfumes is preferable but not mandatory.

Additional Information

Monthly compensation ranges from INR 10,000 to INR 15,000.
