• Ensure showroom upkeep by maintaining attractive product displays and overall presentation standards.
• Manage billing, tagging, and inventory controls adhering to company policies.
• Develop and nurture ongoing relationships with clients through follow-up communication and tailored service.
• Keep informed about current jewellery trends, new product ranges, and promotional campaigns.
