About the Role
Join Google for Education to help revolutionize learning through technology adoption in K-12 and higher education institutions. This role centers on driving adoption and growth of Google’s educational offerings including Chromebooks, Workspace for Education, and Gemini AI tools by managing key accounts and collaborating across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee major account portfolios and complex territories, managing end-to-end sales cycles and leading cross-functional projects as a trusted advisor to executive education leaders.
- Formulate and execute go-to-market strategies for Google Education products such as Chrome devices, Workspace, and Gemini AI, while building strong relationships at the C-level within client organizations.
- Be accountable for adoption metrics within your assigned users, implementing measurable programs and delivering training to encourage Gemini tool usage across education users.
- Engage directly with principal stakeholders in academic institutions and related education associations across your region.
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects that align business goals with innovative ideas to drive team success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of four years in program or project management, consulting, or customer-facing roles.
- Experience interacting with the education sector (K-12 or higher education), notably involving technology implementations.
- Proven capability to create and execute business, adoption, and change management strategies based on thorough market and engagement analysis.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other breakthrough technologies.
- Expertise supporting customer technology adoption and related change management activities.
- Deep knowledge of the K-12 and higher education landscape, its unique challenges, and decision pathways.
- Track record of successfully managing complex, multifunctional projects independently.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success delivering go-to-market strategies that enhance product adoption, user engagement, and customer expansion at scale.
